It has always been said that super aesthetic bodybuilders struggle with endurance cardio because of the extremely low body fat and work load capacity due to the nature of what they do.

It is also said that endurance athletes have significantly much less muscle mass and slightly more body fat to help deal with energy storage and less of a battle with the laws of gravity.

As ross proved last January that cardio does not in fact kill muscle gains (as long intelligent nutrition is involved) so why don’t we test the limits of aesthetics and endurance?

It IS possible to have extremely low body fat and be at a top competing stage AND perform in endurance events, yes there are challenges with the extra weight of the muscle mass to slow you down BUT there is also the extra power that is available from the muscle tissue.
