I am wondering what exercises are the basics to master for each muscle group before moving on to move advanced moves.
by master I mean to perfect so every muscle is working that needs to be working the way it is meant to for that one lift, with no help from muscles that should not be engaged.
I want to go back to the basics for a couple of weeks to make sure all my muscles are being hit and my form is perfect.
